Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
Recommended dose: Adults —Take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Do not use if seal is broken or shows signs of tampering.
Store at room temperature out of direct light.
